We are a German company developing a metal component that requires silver plating for one of our customers. Our factory is located in Salzburg, Austria. We were purchasing a specific material directly from a Chinese factory, but their product dimensions consistently failed to meet our requirements, leading to serious internal scraps and customer complaints. We also had no way to communicate effectively with the Chinese factory, as they didn’t speak English or German at all!

Our company is located in Vansbro, Sweden, and we have always sourced stainless steel tubes locally for use in the automotive industry.
